Technical stuff
The only downloads are your instruction manual and your free guides. The course is not downloaded - it is completed online.
There is a video guide to accompany our written guide. This is included within the course itself.
The course can be accessed from any PC linked to Broadband Internet. However, if you are trying to access the course from a PC in your company, it is likely that your corporate firewall settings will prevent the use of video (which is an integral part of this course). Your choice is either:
for your IT department to give you access to the URL (www.qcoach.com) and allow the use of Windows Media Player. They can get guidelines by pressing ‘Experiencing difficulties?’ on the Log in page. The procedure is very simple
or alternatively accessing the course from your home PC
The only requirement is that the PC you are using:
has Windows Media Player version 9 or higher already installed, and
you use either Internet Explorer version 7 or Firefox version 3
