Payment

Payment can be made by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS and must be received at least 14 working days prior to the start of the course.

Late Payment

In the event of late payment we reserve the right to charge interest at the rate of 2% above base under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Substitutes and Transfers

Substitute delegates are always welcome without penalty up to, and including, the day of the course, but please telephone with the delegate’s name.

If it is necessary to make a transfer please telephone immediately and confirm the new date required. The option to transfer can only be used once and a charge will be made for transfers as follows:

15 - 28 days before the start date - 20% of the course fee
1 - 14 days before the start date - 50% of the course fee

Cancellations

If you do need to cancel a course please telephone as soon as possible to minimise the charges, which will apply as follows:

15 – 28 days before the start date – 50% of the course fee
1 – 14 days before the start date – 100% of the course fee

Prices

The prices quoted are guaranteed for the stated time period covered by this brochure. Thereafter they may be reviewed. Prices are subject to VAT.
